The 2016 Bourgogne Rouge was reduced from 20 to 5 barrels because of the frost. The bouquet offers smudged red cherry and strawberry fruit on the nose. The palate is full of juicy ripe red berry fruit, a fine line of acidity with a fleshy finish that goes down a treat. Very fine for an entry-level red.
