2016 - Domaine Joseph Roty Bourgogne Rouge

(includes the grapes that are usually used to make the Cuvée Pressoniers): Bright red-ruby. Aromas of blackberry and spices are lifted by a floral element. Juicy and fresh on the palate, offering flavors of spices, flowers, mint, black pepper and earth. Nice cut and savory intensity here, plus a needed touch of sweetness.
